1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fuji99 ("fuji99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at fuji99.club. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on fuji99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform in any capacity.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not classified as a problem gambler, and you have not previously been subject to a self-exclusion order on fuji99 or any affiliated platform that remains in effect.
• You have not previously had a fuji99 account suspended, closed, or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

fuji99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your age, identity, or payment method at any time. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid national ID card, passport, driving licence, or mobile financial services statement. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on fuji99. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — identified by shared name, address, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited. Where fuji99 identifies duplicate accounts, the additional accounts will be closed and any balances held therein may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your fuji99 account. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify fuji99 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensure that any device used to access fuji99 is protected by appropriate security software and is not accessible to minors.

fuji99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable belief that the account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet qualifying for withdrawal) will be processed to the player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to any pending verification requirements.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fuji99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at fuji99's discretion. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits are generally credited to your fuji99 account within minutes of a successful transaction. In the event of a delay, players should contact support with their transaction reference number.
• fuji99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The account used for deposit must be registered in the same name as your fuji99 account.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on account verification status and payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method previously used for deposit, and only to accounts verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under five (5) minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• fuji99 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory verification.
• Any withdrawal request that triggers a fraud or anti-money laundering alert will be suspended pending investigation. fuji99 cooperates with relevant authorities in all cases of suspected financial crime.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fuji99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between an offer-specific term and these general Terms, the offer-specific term shall prevail only to the extent of that conflict.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements may only be satisfied by playing on designated eligible games. Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower percentage than slots. Specific contribution rates are disclosed on each promotion page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before a new bonus can be applied.
• Bonus Abuse: fuji99 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploitation of any technical error in bonus crediting.
• Right to Withdraw Bonuses: fuji99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will be permitted to complete the associated wagering requirements under the terms in force at the time of acceptance, except in cases of suspected abuse.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the fuji99 platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately within the platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

• All bets are final once confirmed. fuji99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except in cases of manifest technical error attributable to fuji99.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sporting event, fuji99 will apply the resolution most consistent with the rules of the relevant game or sport. Where a round cannot be fairly resolved, bets may be voided and stakes returned at fuji99's discretion.
• fuji99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price or odds arising from a pricing error, system fault, or data feed error. Players will be notified of any such void and stakes will be returned.
• For sports betting markets, fuji99 uses official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) to settle bets. Where an official result is delayed, all bets on the affected market will remain open until the result is confirmed.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and are subject to change. fuji99 reserves the right to limit the stakes or winnings of any player at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fuji99. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance.

• Registering more than one account on the fuji99 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or any strategy designed specifically to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine gaming activity.
• Using the fuji99 platform for any form of money laundering or the processing of proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Accessing the fuji99 platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymising technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Attempting to exploit any bug, glitch, or error in the fuji99 platform software. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to [email protected] immediately. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited bug will be voided.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward fuji99 staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the fuji99 platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall design and compilation of the platform ("Content"), is the exclusive property of fuji99 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fuji99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without express written permission from fuji99.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform software.
• Use any Content for any commercial purpose or for any public display, whether commercial or non-commercial.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices embedded within the Content.

The fuji99 name, logo, and all related marks, trade names, and product names are registered or unregistered trademarks of fuji99. Use of these marks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or telecommunications infrastructure.

Upon termination for cause, fuji99 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and, where evidence of fraud or prohibited activity exists, to withhold real-money balances pending investigation.
